Income Tax XML Database

This tool extracts the NAME, STATUS, DOB, PAN, ADDRESS and FILED ASSESSMENT YEARS of the clients from the IT XML filled.

You can copy the password based on the client selected and paste it in ITR - V pdf, for opening it.

Features:

 - You can update the list with new xmls filed. Tool can scan through entire folder (including subfolders and network shared locations) and extract the list of clients.

 - Open & keep the ITR V any other PDF that needs password and then go and click on the client in the list, the PDF will be opened automatically.

- Double-click on an item for further details, like address, etc.

 - Double click on an A.Y. to open the folder.

How to use it:

 - Just open the downloaded excel

 - Excel will automatically asks whether to scan for xml?

 - Select "YES" and select the folder where you have stored the xml of ITRs filed and click "OPEN"

 - Select "YES" if you want to scan sub-folders too, in the next message box

- Done! Your entire client database will be extracted and listed out


Now you can retrive any client data in a fraction of a second!!!

Click on 'update' periodically to update newly filed xmls.

Note: After downloading, click on 'UPDATE' to update xml files in your system.
